- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders usually ship within 1 -2 business days from the date orders placed. Your order will arrive approximately 5- 8 business days after it’s shipped.
Note - Delivery is dependent on shipping option.
Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.
- MAY I GET A TRACKING NUMBER ?
Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website.
- MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING ?
Tracking numbers can take 1 -2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.
